The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 24J of NEMA, given notice of her intention to publish the National Guideline on Minimum Information Requirements for Preparing Environmental Impact Assessments for Mining Activities that Require Environmental Authorisation.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days from the date of this publication (i.e. on or before 12 March 2018).
